James Coffman, owner of McKay Music Company, inducted into the Four States Bandmasters Association Hall of Fame!
It is with great pleasure that we announce this year's selections for entry into the Four States Bandmasters Association Hall of Fame. Induction ceremonies were held during the Four States Bandmasters Association annual convention in Texarkana. The Four States Bandmasters Association initiated the Hall of Fame to honor prominent directors who had a long and lasting contribution to bands in the area and to the FSBA. The first class of the FSBA Hall of Fame included Jerry Loveall, Bob Ingram, Charles Herring and Francis McBeth. This year’s inductees were: Robin Watson, Frank Garza and James Coffman. The ceremony was held in January in the Sullivan Performing Arts Center on the campus of Texas High School in conjunction with the FSBA Honor Band concert. |
